Back in Action

Hello to my readers, it has been way too long…

When you last heard from me 16 weeks ago, I was sharing what I thought would be a two-part story about my struggle with mental health and how I overcame that struggle and continue to learn and improve every day. Unfortunately, I did not anticipate the return of overwhelming anxiety that caused me to have to put writing, among other things, on hold in order to take care of myself and my needs. While writing my “part two,” I realized that there were things I had going on that had been ignored for far too long. I needed to seek out help, and that is exactly what I did.

These past four months, I have gone through a great deal of change in my life that has put me back on a path to wellness both physically and mentally. While I have wanted to come back here and write for awhile now, I knew I was not quite ready to do so until now.

I am looking forward to sharing everything with you soon, but I want to thank everyone out there who has been a support through this time. I am happy to say that I am finally back to writing and posting, and will be sharing a new post with you all this week!
